I really enjoy the poetry of Sara Teasdale so I decided to read one her books, Love Songs which is a compilation of poems. In it Sara swept me away with powerful poetry of love, of life, of her surroundings. She feels things deeply and writes her pain in a way many of us can relate. Her work is intense and emotional. Colored darker than many but still worth the read....
